Return and Exchange Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We offer a wide range of security equipment products from several different manufacturers. Many of these products are standard stock items and many can be customized to your application.
Returning an item does incur cost for shipping, inspection, cleaning, and re-packaging in order for the product to be put back in stock. Therefore, a minimum 15% restocking charge will be assessed for standard, stock items. The original outbound shipping costs and the return shipping costs will also be deducted from your credit. Products returned over 30 days from the original purchase date may include additional costs. Customized products and products built specifically to order are generally non-returnable. We want to work closely with you to ensure that your custom product is designed to your specifications from the start so we can provide excellent results for you and your business.
Freight and Shipping Damage
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT! NEVER ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED CARTONS FROM THE DELIVERING CARRIER. Proper care is taken to ensure that your items are packaged appropriately to withstand shipping. Do Not Accept Delivery from the carrier if you note obvious shipping damage! Cartons should be opened and inspected for internal damage. We recommend taking pictures and refusing the product if damaged. Contact Us immediately if any damage is noted.
Our products are made by various manufacturers and are designed for a different uses and environments but all our products include a Standard Limited Warranty.
