This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

This window intercom system is equipped with a bent-stem, glass-mounted microphone and a surface-mounted speaker designed for use with a pass-through tray on the customer side. On the staff side, it features a free-standing microphone/speaker combo unit, ensuring ease of use for both parties.

The STS-K058 Window Intercom System provides reliable assistance for clear and natural communication where speech is obstructed by barriers such as glass, security screens, or similar partitions. Ideal for service counters and customer-facing environments, this system ensures consistent audio clarity and ease of interaction between staff and customers.

The system includes a STS-S60 customer surface-mounted speaker and a STS-M14-BENT glass-mounted microphone with curved tubing, offering flexible installation options for a variety of counter layouts. Combined with the STS-A31H amplifier and STS-SU1-3W staff unit, this configuration delivers dependable performance and superior speech intelligibility.
