This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

This window intercom system features individual speaker and microphone units for the customer-side. It includes our open duplex amplifier, a hearing loop, and a free-standing staff microphone and speaker unit. It is a low space solution ideal for a variety of environments with ambient noise.

The STS-K035 Window Intercom System provides reliable assistance for clear, natural communication where speech is hindered by barriers such as glass, security screens, or similar partitions. Designed for service environments where clarity and accessibility are essential, this system ensures seamless interaction between staff and customers.

The kit features the STS-B94 customer speaker and microphone half-bridge bar unit, available in left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) curve configurations to accommodate various counter layouts. Combined with the STS-A31H amplifier and STS-SU1-3W staff unit, it delivers dependable performance and simple installation.

Kit Includes:
  • STS-A31H: Window Intercom Amplifier
  • STS-SU1-3W: Staff Unit Speaker and Microphone with Dual Mute
  • STS-B94 (LH/RH): Customer Speaker and Microphone Half-Bridge Bar Unit (available with left or right curve)
  • IL-AE99: Under-the-Counter Hearing Loop Aerial
  • PS-55: Power Supply
