Job Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Customer Service Manager
  • Attends weekly/monthly project update meetings.
  • Assists with planning long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Blog support and social media support
  • Maintain product and customer databases
  • Assist with freight logistics and customer support
  • Assist the sales team with ordering and purchasing.
  • Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills using web browser and internet for research. 
  • Basic accounting or Bookkeeping Skills (Quickbooks Online)
  • Technical writing skills
  • Customer relationship skills
