An operable project-out window that opens outward at the bottom like an awning, or inward as a hopper, while keeping the opening bullet resistant when it is closed. It is Action Bullet Resistant's BR 250 POW, built on a 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" aluminum curtain-wall frame and designed for medium-level blast.

  • UL 752 Levels 1 to 3 per the manufacturer flyer and spec (the web page lists Levels 1 to 4)
  • Medium-level blast, with engineered blast calculations where required
  • Air infiltration ASTM E283 (6.24 PSF, 50 mph), water resistance ASTM E331, structural load ASTM E330 (105 PSF positive and negative)
  • Clear or dark bronze anodized standard; painted finishes available
  • Multiple glazing styles, colored interlayers and glazing tints
  • Custom built sizes; gaskets and setting blocks included
