The 1547B connects to the 1520 Lane Station via a Cat 5 cable. When traffic is present, the sensor sends a siglnal to the Counter Station, triggering a call tone (see 1550A for call tone setup).
This versitile, compact sensor has long range sensitivity which makes it ideal for mounting low to the ground, in applications such as drive-up lane units, or in a higher position, as in deal drawers and drive-up or walk-up windows and ATMs. The mounting bracket allows mounting to any vertical surface, and the integral threaded holes do not requre nuts.
