It features an external customer speaker and intercom which is prewired to the attendant's intercom system. The transfer drawer is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, designed for rugged industrial use. The unit is made in the USA and ships fully assembled, ready to install. Backed by a 12-month warranty.
