This product ships via LTL freight due to its size or weight. Someone must be available to receive the shipment, inspect for damages, and sign the delivery receipt. Please provide accurate delivery contact information when placing your order.

This product ships via LTL freight due to its size and weight. Please ensure that your delivery location is equipped with either a forklift or a loading dock to safely offload the shipment. If your site is not equipped for LTL delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required and could result in extra charges.

This window intercom system is specifically designed to be installed in into a glass window where a hole in the glass exists. This can be a retrofit situation where an existing system has left a hole in the glass, for a brand new window with just the hole, or to replace a passive speak through. The glass mounted customer microphone is attached with two clear polycarbonate plates with grey rubber gaskets in between the plates and the glass. The kit comes with the STS-S23 overhead speaker and mounting bracket.

Overview

Enhance communication in secure environments with the STS-K020-S23 Window Intercom System. Designed to overcome barriers caused by glass partitions, this system ensures clear, reliable two-way communication between staff and customers in high-security or service-oriented settings.

The system features a STS-C100 customer-side microphone unit, ideal for installations with glass openings between 2.5” and 4.0” in diameter. For larger openings, the optional STS-C200 unit accommodates holes from 2.5” to 5.0”.

  • STS-SU1-3W-G: Staff Unit Speaker and Microphone with Dual Mute
